Later, he expanded his focus to property management, handling a range of residential properties and building a solid foundation in property finance.

Following this, Josh founded Stamp Duty Claims, where he assisted over 2,000 property investors in recovering more than £14 million in tax refunds. Leveraging the extensive network and large client database from Stamp Duty Claims, he launched Almyra Finance and Melia Insurance to offer tailored financing and insurance solutions to property investors.
